How it all started: the history of development and innovation of TM "Galicina"
Since 1991, the company has been producing peat and substrates, and at the same time focused on international freight transportation, which is important for the economy. For almost 20 years, these areas have been the main focus of our work. However, in 2010, we started a new stage - the production of organo-mineral fertilizers under the Galicina brand, including peat potassium humates, fertilizers that stimulate plant growth and increase plant yields. Today, these fertilizers are widely used for:
- adjusting the yield level;
- relieving stress in plants after herbicide application;
- strengthening the immune system of plants;
- restoring soil fertility and stubble destruction;
- removal of heavy metals from the soil;
- support for organic farming.
A wide range of applications and a focus on environmental safety and care for the environment have become the key vectors for the further activities of Galicia-Senso LLC in the coming years.
Achievements and international recognitions: what we are proud of today
Since 2011, the company has conducted an in-depth study of the agricultural market. This study confirmed our current status as one of the largest suppliers of organic and mineral fertilizers in Ukraine. Its results confirmed the recognition of our products, as the loyalty of customers who have chosen Galicina fertilizers for their farms and businesses speaks volumes. And this recognition encouraged us to go further, to new heights.
Between 2012 and 2018, we significantly expanded our line of humate fertilizers and improved their formulas to ensure that each product meets international quality standards. This allowed us to obtain certification in the EU and Turkey in 2019.
Since 2022, the company has been intensively expanding its production of chelated micronutrient fertilizers, which have quickly become an important element of modern agricultural technologies, as this type of fertilizer contributes to optimal plant nutrition and increased yields. In 2024, we successfully entered the US market and launched the production of adjuvants, specialized products that significantly improve the effectiveness of crop protection products, providing more reliable protection and maximizing nutrient absorption.
